1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for and participating in Biz Women Events, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not register or participate in the event.
2. Use of Event Materials All materials, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, and promotional materials, presented at Biz Women Events are the intellectual property of the event organisers and their respective speakers. Reproduction, redistribution, or exploitation of event content without express written permission is prohibited.
3. Conduct All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the event. Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event and prohibition from future events.
4. Restricted Attendees Registration for Biz Women Events is not open to individuals or representatives of organisations that operate their own networking groups, business awards, business workshops, or government bodies, without explicit prior approval from the event organisers. This restriction is intended to maintain the integrity and specific focus of our event.
5. Solicitation and Promotion Attendees are permitted to promote their businesses within the confines of the event but must not engage in activities that directly compete with or undermine the primary objectives of Biz Women Events. This includes, but is not limited to, soliciting attendees to join other networking groups or award ceremonies.
6. Photography and Video Photographs and video taken at Biz Women Events may be used by the event organisers for promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent to being filmed or photographed and authorise the organisers to use your image in promotional materials.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Event Cancellation by Organisers: The event organisers reserve the right to alter the programme of the events or cancel an event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances. Attendees will be notified as early as possible and refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of registration.
b. Cancellation by Attendee:
- Non-refundable Deadline: If an attendee cancels their registration within 7 days of the event date, the ticket will be non-refundable.
- Refundable Cancellations: If an attendee cancels their registration more than 7 days before the event date, they are eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise stated on the event registration page.
c. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may apply if specific terms are noted during the registration process, under which circumstances the terms provided at the point of registration will prevail.
d. Processing Refunds: All refunds processed under this policy will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
8. Liability The event organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other unforeseeable consequence arising from your attendance at the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and safety.
9. Data Protection Personal information provided during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. This information will be used solely for the purpose of managing the event, including registration, communication, and promotional updates.
10. Changes to Terms Event organisers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the attendees to review the terms and conditions before registering for the event.
11. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England

Biz Women Competition Terms and Conditions
1. General
