Pat entered the makeup industry in the 1990’s, and was hired by Giorgio Armani in 1999 to collaborate on a new range of cosmetics. Since then, Pat has established herself in the beauty industry, and has been conceptualising, launching and developing luxury cosmetic brands, countless runway shows, advertising campaigns and editorial spreads for over 2 decades! Pat has created beauty looks for couture shows in Milan, Paris, London and New York for the world’s most prestigious brands and designers such as Prada, Givenchy, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Versace.
In 2016, Pat founded her own makeup brand named ‘Pat McGrath Labs’, which quickly revolutionised modern beauty through its must-have, straight-from-the-runway makeup experience. Many of the products from this line sold out instantly, both on her website, and her launch at Selfridges, some of the key stats of her launch include giving Selfridges their top beauty-selling day and week in its entire history.
